Almost nobody answers their comments
Not because they don’t care. Because forty comments on a Tuesday, in the middle of everything else, is a job.
By Friday the thread is cold and the person who asked has moved on. Connect24 answers them for you, as you.
You write the brief once: who the voice is, what it sounds like, what it must never say, what to do when somebody asks about pricing. It watches the video and replies in that voice on whatever interval you choose — every five minutes, or once a day.
Everything it says lands in the platform as a readable thread, so you are never clicking through to the channel to find out what your own account has been saying.
The part that actually matters
It starts in review. Nothing goes out until you have approved it. You read a few dozen replies, you either trust it or you fix the brief, and only then do you let it run on its own.
